Investigation of Factors Influencing Students’ Intention to Use Banking Services through Smartphone Devices during COVID-19 Pandemic

Purpose: This research aims to Investigate factors Influencing students’ intention use banking services through smartphone devices during the COVID-19 pandemic. The conceptual framework is presented on element of independent variables; perceived usefulness, ease use, relative advantage, and social influence actual usage Design/Methodology/Approach: sample (n = 400) was collected from online questionnaires by using multi-stage sampling, including simple random stratified sampling in probability then non-probability consist convenience snowball graduate students top five private universities Bangkok metropolitan which approximately were 18,778 students. study applied data analysis method consisting Cronbach’s Alpha, descriptive statistics, linear regression (SLR), multiple (MLR). Findings: results indicated advantage have a significant toward mobile pandemic except for one variable that has not supported influence. Practical Implications: Thus, recommends commercial banks as service providers should pay attention expanding internet access area universities‘ infrastructure. Universities recommended providing guidelines appropriate training clear steps, need keep improving upgrading their services. Originality/Value: identifies value degree influencing
